Functieomschrijving

The position contributes to investment strategy, portfolio analysis, regulatory alignment, and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. A key aspect of the role is integrating non-financial performance indicators and risk considerations into real estate investment activities.

Key Responsibilities
Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and report asset-level performance data
• Support the implementation of internal frameworks, policies, and investor requirements
• Prepare reports and disclosures for external stakeholders and rating bodies
• Monitor relevant regulations and industry developments

Project Management

• Lead and coordinate asset-level initiatives from planning through execution
• Ensure timelines, milestones, and quality standards are met across multiple stakeholders and locations
• Performance Monitoring & Target Tracking
• Monitor non-financial targets across the portfolio (e.g., energy use, sustainability metrics, efficiency improvements)
• Follow up with local teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of progress

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as asset management, acquisitions, and development
• Align stakeholders and support decision-making processes
• Contribute to senior management presentations and strategic discussions

Tools & Systems Implementation

• Support the rollout and adoption of digital tools and IT platforms
• Ensure effective usage and provide guidance to teams

International Coordination

• Act as a liaison between international teams and external partners
• Ensure consistent and timely implementation of initiatives across different regions

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Sustainability)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (e.g., project management, real estate, consulting, or sustainability)

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong project management capabilities with experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Knowledge of sustainability and resource management (e.g., energy, decarbonization, renewable energy)
• Familiarity with real estate frameworks and regulations is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in interpreting non-financial data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
