On behalf of Multi Corporation, a Pan-European retail asset management, property management and (re)development firm, we are currently exclusively recruiting for a Junior Leasing Manager.

About Multi
Multi Netherlands is part of the Multi Corporation group, a leading pan-European integrated service platform for real estate. Established in 1982, the company has circa 80 assets under management valued at approximately EUR 5 billion (both 100% owned assets and assets managed for third parties) in Europe and Turkey. In the Netherlands, the company currently manages 14 assets, of which four are wholly owned, with its office and headquarters in Amsterdam. Moreover, since its establishment in 1982, Multi has developed over 180 highly awarded mixed use projects with a combined constructed area of more than 5 million square meters and a total value of almost 13 billion euros.

Role and responsibilities

• Supporting leasing deals, co-driving and maximizing the rental income of the assets under management;
• Applying the leasing structure, systems, policies, approvals and procedures within the organization;
• Drafting, supporting and driving annual leasing plans, targets, and budgets of mall incomes;
• Developing leads, making leasing proposals, managing and closing leasing deals and approval process;
• Drafting leases according to agreed approval thresholds and managing lease contracts;
• Supporting and executing the daily leasing processes, policies and procedures;
• Reporting local leasing and retailer trends and discussion updates and share across the company;
• Providing input for repositioning projects;
• Assisting in negotiations with clients, analyzing and producing information in terms of commercial’s costs and benefits of the leasing areas, to ensure profitable agreements for Multi and the client.
• Assisting with the production of leasing-related reports on a timely basis and according to internal governance framework.

Profile

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in the real estate industry, preferably with retail related assets;
• Commercial and communicative skills;
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial, result and solution-oriented personality;
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
