Our client is an international real estate developer and investor with a focus on industrial real estate.

Functieomschrijving

We are looking for an Asset Manager Industrial (medior), based in Amsterdam, who will join their Dutch team.

Key responsibilities:

• Management of the European logistics portfolio;
• Monitoring and negotiating rental contracts;
• Together with the asset management team you work on the development of asset/property plans and rental strategies;
• Optimization of property performance;
• Identifying, evaluating and presenting (leasing) opportunities to add value;  
• Supporting with the quarterly forecasting and IFRS valuation processes;
• You work closely with the Leasing, Investment, Debt and Property Management teams;
• Supporting with the drawing up and monitoring of property budgets and business plans;
• Preparation of rental and investment decisions;
• Involvement in property acquisitions and dispositions;
• Internal and external reporting.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor/University degree (preferably with Real Estate specialization);  
• 2 - 5 years’ relevant working experience in the commercial real estate sector, preferably in a high paced environment;
• Knowledge of Leasing & Property management and more specifically rental contracts;
• Good computer skills, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Good communicator in both Dutch (required!) and English, fluency in other languages a plus.
