Amsterdam Platform Creation (APC), founded in 2020, supports fintech firms that deliver best-in-class financial related services. We provide assistance in all aspects of platform commercialization, including development, design, UX-design, technical implementation, and on/offline advertising to optimize the client funnel.

What you will be doing

  • Developing and carrying out commercial and technical object, portfolio analyses, including planning, tracking, and following up on maintenance requirements.
  • Providing periodic reports as well as (input for) quarterly and annual reports and annual budgeting.
  • Keeping in touch with and managing internal and external partners such as tenants, financiers, real estate consultants, appraisers, property managers, and other service providers.
  • Providing assistance in the implementation of the acquisition and sale processes (investment analysis, due diligence, underwriting and data room structuring).

Your profile

  • HBO/WO in financial/technical business administration
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • 2-5 years relevant work experience
  • You enjoy building long-term relationships with tenants and suppliers
  • You are someone who is analytical and commercially strong
