Are you the transaction-oriented real estate financier who is eager to work at the frontline on the analysis and execution of new transactions, the management of existing customers and at the same time want to be the linking pin between our Sales office at Schiphol Amsterdam and our head office in Berlin?

The Benelux branch of our office is located at Schiphol Airport (WTC) where we work in a small team of dedicated professionals.

We are looking for the person who wants to

  • Play a key role in the deal team
  • Take care of customers and transactions
  • Make customer analysis (including KYC)
  • Be responsible for customer data
  • Make interpretation of relevant analyses (value indication, cash flow, credit analysis)
  • Prepare credit proposals
  • Draw up term sheets

Your profile

  • Good knowledge of real estate financing business
  • Deal driven
  • Working independently with the bank's internal programs (e.g. Rating and Cash Flow tool, SAP)
  • Good understanding of economic conditions
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in the credit and / or real estate finance sector
  • Able to analyse complex issues
  • Quality and service orientation, as well as organizational skills
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, knowledge of the German language is an advantage
  • Experience in Management of large and institutional clients and transactions
  • Deal analyst
  • WO educated
