Tristan Capital Partners is an independent, employee-owned pan-European real estate investment manager. Headquartered in London, Tristan has a team of 134 people across eight locations in Europe. Our clients include some of the largest pension funds, insurers, sovereign wealth funds and family offices in the world. Tristan was formed in 2009 following a client-led lift-out. The firm’s track record spans 20 years across ten funds with investments totalling €17.6 billion, making it one of the most experienced and well-established private equity real estate platforms operating in Europe today. A true non-core real estate investment specialist with total assets under management of over €10.7bn, our senior team has an unrivalled track record of creating risk-adjusted opportunistic and core-plus returns. Together, we have built a reputation for returning capital and profits to clients throughout market cycles.
Tristan’s Analyst Programme (“Programme”) is a three-year structured programme that supports new analysts in developing expertise across all aspects of Private Equity Real Estate. Successful candidates will work across multiple disciplines within Tristan, contributing to and gaining experience across the full investment management lifecycle including capital raising, acquisitions, portfolio & asset management and disposals.
Upon successful completion of the Programme, we expect analysts to be primed for building successful careers at Tristan.
The Programme starts in London every September and is open to applicants who are completing or have completed a relevant Undergraduate or Post Graduate degree such as Real Estate, Economics or Finance. Candidates should have an excellent academic record and be able to demonstrate interest in the asset class. Ideally they will also have some relevant experience and be fluent in multiple European languages (including English).
