Principal Real Estate Europe koopt Wilhelmina Tower voor €46 miljoen

De Wilhelmina Toren in Rotterdam is door PFF Real Estate verkocht aan Principal Real Estate Europe voor €46 miljoen. Het kantoorgebouw is aangekocht voor het Principal European Office Fund.
